Q:  Is your produce really alive?

A:  Yes, all of our produce is delivered live to your home or office growing in a net pot.


Q:  How do we care for the produce until we eat it?

A:  Since our plants are still alive simply give them some sunlight and water until you are ready to harvest. 


Q:  Do I have to harvest the whole plant at one time?

A:  No, you may peel one leaf off at a time.  Just harvest from the plant what you will need for each meal and it will continue to grow.  Simply break a leaf off from the base of the plant and enjoy.


Q:  Can I skip a week if I need to?

A:  Yes, just let us know by calling or emailing us and we will pause the delivery for the date you request.


Q:  Is there a delivery charge?

A:  Delivery is free!  You are only charged for the produce and sales tax for the area you live in. 


Q:  Do you have a money back guarantee?

A:  We do have a 30 day money back guarantee.  If you are unhappy with your product then we will refund or replace your order at no cost to you.  Just call or email for a refund and describe the reason for requesting your refund and we will refund the full amount for the week that there was a problem with your subscription.


Q:  What do I do if I need to cancel my subscription?

A:  Call or email us and we will cancel your subscription at no cost to you.  We will also refund any weeks that have been prepaid and that have not yet been delivered.


Q:  When is my credit card or debit card charged?

A:  You will be billed when you sign up for your subscription for your first delivery.  Your next charge will take place the week of your next scheduled delivery for only the delivery that week.
